1. Your Personal Information
After the World Healthcare Forum your personal information will be made available to all relevant business partners. If you have any objections, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your e-mail address will not be made available to businesspartners.
2. Payment Terms
Participation in the World Healthcare Forum is only possible against payment. This is included documentation, refreshments and lunch. You will have to pay for parking yourself.
As soon as you have registered for the forum, costs will immediately be incurred by us. The participation fee must be paid within 14 days and always before the start of the World Healthcare Forum.
Only Press (journalists) of relevant media for the World Healthcare Forum may participate in this forum free of charge. The Press Full Conference Pass does not include the Safari. You will have to pay for parking yourself.
Students can only register with the e-mail address of their educational institution.
The Student Full Conference Pass does not include the Safari. Students must be able to demonstrate with a valid student card when they register at the World Healthcare Forum that they are students. Without a valid student card, access to the forum will be refused and you will not be entitled to a refund.
5. Confirmation participation
After registration for the World Healthcare Forum you will receive a final confirmation from us.
6. Cancellation Policy
Your participation can not be canceled. You always owe the full invoice amount. Replacement by a colleague is always allowed. If you want to use it, please contact our Department: Participants Service: +31 (0)76 – 548 40 80 or send an e-mail to: email@example.com.
